\n\t\t\t\tThe Purpose of the Association is\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\ta) Protect corporate rights and interests of the law firms
\nb) Promote, develop and protect lawyers\u2019 rights and interests
\nc) Develop and protect professional ethic standards
\nd) develop profession and education of the lawyers
\ne) Strengthen the role of the lawyer as the active member to the judicial system.

\n\t\t\t\tThe Activities of the Association\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\tTo achieve it\u2019s goals and purposes association is authorized to fulfill the following activities:
\na) Implement legal education programs, organizes trainings to increase qualification of members, organize round table meetings, meetings on problematic issues of profession.
\nb) For implementation of the purpose of Association is collaborating with legislative, executive and judicial bodies, with international organizations, non-governmental organization.
\nc) Works out with the mechanism to protect member legal firms and lawyers in case of law violation
\nd) For the increasing ethical standards organizes trainings and conferences
\ne) In case of agreement between parties may be a mediator between law firm, between law firm and lawyers, between lawyers and their clients
\nf) Prepares and represents draft law to the executive and legislative bodies
\ng) Collaborates with Georgian bar Association, other Association of lawyers, with universities and other scientific\/educational institutions
\nh) Publish journal of Association and other publications
\ni) In addition, association is entitled to fulfill any activity which is not prohibited by the Georgian legislation and is connected to the goals and objectives to the association.
