{"id":1388,"date":"2015-10-09T13:12:26","date_gmt":"2015-10-09T13:12:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alfg.ge\/?p=1388"},"modified":"2015-10-09T13:12:26","modified_gmt":"2015-10-09T13:12:26","slug":"working-meeting-with-the-expert-in-competition-law","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alfg.ge\/en\/working-meeting-with-the-expert-in-competition-law\/","title":{"rendered":"working meeting with the expert in competition law"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On October 08, 2015,\u00a0 attorney members of Association of Law Firms of Georgia met with the expert in Competition Law, Professor Dr. Jurgen Kuhnen, Presiding Judge of the Senate of the Cartel at Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf.<\/p>\n<p>Professor\u00a0 Dr. Kuhnen paid special attention to the \u00a0issues such as the prohibition of cartel agreements, horizontal and vertical agreements, market information systems, the investigation process and the principles of the investigation process. The participants also discussed the gaps of legislative and practical challanges related to the cartel regulations and discussed the ways of resolving them.
