{"id":1439,"date":"2016-01-27T12:47:53","date_gmt":"2016-01-27T12:47:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alfg.ge\/?p=1439"},"modified":"2016-01-27T12:47:53","modified_gmt":"2016-01-27T12:47:53","slug":"cross-over-responsibility-of-company-director-and-company-partners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alfg.ge\/en\/cross-over-responsibility-of-company-director-and-company-partners\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cCross-over responsibility of company director and company partners\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On November 24, 2015, Association of Law Firms of Georgia (ALFG) held\u00a0 the conference on \u201cCross-over responsibility of company director and company partners\u201d \u00a0\u00a0at \u201cCourtyard Marriot\u201d\u00a0 hotel. \u00a0Nino Bakakuri, judge of the Supreme Court of Georgia and Giorgi Batlidze, attorney, partner of ALFG member law office \u201cBLC\u201d held speeches at the conference.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers discussed legal basis to impose responsibilities on the company\u2019s directors due to the Georgian legislation. Review of the recent decision of the Supreme Court of Georgia was also presented at the conference.
