On November 7, the lawyers of the Association of Law Firms of Georgia were trained within the limits of the fourth, terminal part of the practical course on Insolvency Proceedings.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Despite the intended live training, which makes it way more potent and result-driven, on account of the tough epidemiological situation, the training had been decided to be online.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The tuition of the fourth part of the practical course has been led by GIZ trainer – Sergi Jorbenadze.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The training course consisted of four parts and included a total of 7 days.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The training of the first stream of lawyers is over. And short-listed second wave lawyers will set out training as early as the epidemiological situation sees an improvement. A total of 20 ALFG lawyers are planned to be trained inside the limits of the Insolvency Course in 2020.<\/p>\n
