The meeting covered issues similar to:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Recently adopted law on \u201cFacilitating the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Opening of nominal ownership accounts by lawyers\/law firms<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Money laundering and terrorism risk assessment report for lawyers<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Privacy protection<\/p>\n<p>Malkhaz Narindoshvili, Director of the Methodology, International Relations and Legal Division of the Financial Monitoring Service had been invited as an expert to the working meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The working meeting was held in question-and-answer and discussion mode and was attended by 23 lawyer members of ALFG.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Workshop with the Participation of ALFG Members On January 23, 2020, the Association of Law Firms of Georgia (ALFG) organized a working session for its members.
