During the last 3 meetings (the 2nd, 9th and 16th of March), the following issues were discussed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The rule of positioning a building on a site (The main requirements for a building; energo-efficiency of the building; the positioning rule; the maximum height of the building; sharing wall\/fencing\/canalization; parking).<\/li>\n<li>The construction permits and legal issues connected to it (The legal grounds for carrying out the construction; the varieties of construction work and the classes of buildings; the pre-project research grounds and varieties; the rule of certifying the construction permit.)<\/li>\n<li>Safety (Safety of the building process; Occupational safety).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The meeting was led by the director of ALFG member law firm GLCC &#8211; Aleksandre Kamushadze and the executive director of JG Counselors, the associate member of ALFG, Nikoloz Abutidze.<\/p>\n<p>The meetings were held in an online format and 14 practitioner lawyers from construction firms and law firms participated in it.<\/p>\n<p>The practical course of construction law is organized by the Association of Law Firms of Georgia, in partnership with GLCC.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Association of Law Firms of Georgia continues an intensive, practical course in regards to construction law.
