Business Lunch “Review of Actual Issues on Insolvency Case Proceeding”

On August 5, 2014, at 12:00, Georgian Law Firms Association held a business lunch at Sheraton Metechi Palace Hotel on the topic “review of actual issues on insolvency case proceeding”.The event was supported by the USAID within the JILEP program implemented by East-West Management Institute.The members of Georgian Law Firms Association, the firms and attorneys took part in the meeting. Speeches were presented by the attorneys: Ketti Kvartskhava, Nana Amisulashvili, Lasha Nodia, Kakha Tsereteli and the judge of the Tbilisi City Court-Irakli Adeishvili.The firms united in the association agreed that they would insure the professional liability of the member attorneys. At the business lunch the Declaration on the Professional Liability Insurance was signed foreseeing the remuneration of possible material damage of the client.
