Tblisi city court held a presentation introducing the electronic distribution of cases. Chairperson of the Tbilisi City Court. Mr. Mamuka Akhvlediani introduced  online case management program to the attending attorneys .The program gives the parties, the complainant and his attorney the opportunity to sue claim and submit documents electronically, as well as electronically receive the case number. In addition,  the parties will be able  electronically check and verify the progress of the case, as well as  will be able to access defendant’s evidences, objection. The new program also offers an opportunity to the parties to send legal documents by mail. This means that the plaintiff,  the defendant and their attorneys will be able to send documents electronically , instead of deliver documents to the post office. The date of sending documents to the program will be considered the delivery of documents to the post office.

. The price packages of the program differs from 50 to 4000 GEL depending the number of acts, lawyers want to fulfill. On the meeting was planned the future cooperation and presentation with ALFG members, to represent the program and provide

detailed information on the use of the program
