International Conference on the Role and Professional Guarantees of Lawyers

On December 18-19 conference was focused on the role of attorney in the administration of justice, on the professional guarantees for lawyers, and on the standards of entry into the profession.

The conference was organized in the framework of the project “Support to the Criminal Justice System Reform in Georgia “ funded by the European Union.

Mr. Zviad Kordzadze, chairmen of Association of law firms of Georgia made presentation.

Representatives of the Judiciary, High Council of Justice, the Parliament of Georgia, the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia, nongovernmental and international organizations, universities were invited at the Conference.
