Training for the members of ALFG regarding the draft legislation “On Entrepreneurs”
On February 26th-28th and March 2nd-4th of this year, there was an online training conducted for the members of the Association of Law Firms of Georgia regarding the new draft legislation of Georgia “On Entrepreneurs”. The training was organized in close cooperation with GIZ and in the frames of the co-funded project of the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), called “Improvement of the Commercial Justice and Practice in Georgia”.
The trainings covered three days and each of the training sessions was led by the experts of GIZ: Giorgi Jugheli, Nino Bakakuri and Lasha Tsertsvadze. A training module was created by them, which was revised in accordance with the recent changes of the 2020 draft bill.
40 ALFG lawyers took part in both of the trainings, who were pre-selected.
