Practical Course on Insolvency Proceedings
On November 7, the lawyers of the Association of Law Firms of Georgia were trained within the limits of the fourth, terminal part of the practical course on Insolvency Proceedings.
Despite the intended live training, which makes it way more potent and result-driven, on account of the tough epidemiological situation, the training had been decided to be online.
The tuition of the fourth part of the practical course has been led by GIZ trainer – Sergi Jorbenadze.
The training course consisted of four parts and included a total of 7 days.
The training of the first stream of lawyers is over. And short-listed second wave lawyers will set out training as early as the epidemiological situation sees an improvement. A total of 20 ALFG lawyers are planned to be trained inside the limits of the Insolvency Course in 2020.
The training module had been developed within the framework of the project “Improving Georgian Commercial Law and Practice” co-financed by the EU and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
