Training “Challenges with the Minor Related Litigation and the Ways of Solution”
On November 27, 2019, the Association of Law Firms of Georgia (ALFG) organized a training for its member lawyers concerning the subject: “Challenges with Minor Related Litigations and the Ways of Solution.”
The trainings were led by: Visiting Expert, Executive Director of APR Center for Applied Psychology and Research, Psychologist Tamar Mumladze and Lawyer with the “Usupashvili and Zedelashvili – Lawyer Group”, Nona Otiashvili. The training covered the issues similar to: where does the line between the client’s interest and the child’s interest lie in; when and how to consult a psychologist during litigation; obtaining credible evidence; application of the measure of security of a claim; temporary ordinance; psychological conclusion; collegiality of lawyers and prioritizing amicability as a way of dispute resolution.
16 lawyers have participated in the training.
