Training “Legal Nature and Administration of Property Tax”

On November 20, 2019, the Association of Law Firms of Georgia (ALFG) held a training for its member lawyers over the subject theme: “Legal Nature and Administration of Property Tax”. The session was dedicated to the subject terms as follows: subjects to property taxation and the property whereon we pay taxes; structural diversities between the taxpayers, individuals and legal entities paying property taxes; principle of property tax payment – balancing or market value? Does the property tax include the amount of VAT while taxing?

The training was led by Akaki Chargeishvili, ALFG Member and Director of the “Chargeishvili Law Inn”.
