Training on “Georgian-related Business Transactions and Relevant Disputes; The New Regime of the Hague Conventions”

On November 21, 2019, the Association of Law Firms of Georgia (ALFG) organized a training for its associates regarding the subject matter: “Georgia-related International Business Transactions and Relevant Disputes; The New Regime of the Hague Conventions.” Subject terms of the meeting were similar to: covenants on international jurisdiction; notification-of-enforcement; the Hague Regime; transaction and dispute between the investor and the state.

The training was led by Giorgi Svanadze, ALFG Member, Associate Partner of EY Georgia and Head of Legal Practice.

The training was hosted by the “EY Georgia” office and was sat in by 35 lawyers.
