Training “Property Rights in Criminal Proceedings”

On November 12, 2019, the Association of Law Firms of Georgia (ALFG) conducted a training for its member lawyers respecting the subject matter: “Property Rights in Criminal Proceedings”.

The training was led by ALFG associates, Davit Kvachantiradze, a partner of the VBAT Law Firm, Tinatin Tskhvediani, a senior lawyer at VBAT, and Alexander Noselidze, a member of an ALFG criminal group. The session focused on the subject matters as follows: case law on human rights and Georgian legislation on sequestration, snatching of property and seizure of material evidence; judicial practice in case of attachment order.
